Sales and payment conditions
The prices of the products offered on the website of Cubalavida are presented, at your choice, in Canadian dollars, in American dollars or in Euros. The posted prices are before taxes and cost of delivery which will be specified to you before the finalisation of your order.
The products sold by Cubalavida are subject to the taxes in force in your province, state or respective territory. Only the residents of Canada will have the taxes included in the sale price, according to their province of residence. The customers outside Canada will have to pay, if applicable, all expenses related to customs or local taxes, in order to respect the legislation in course in their country.
The prices can be modified without previous notice. Those posted on the website at the time of the order are the prices in effect.
The method of payment available is Paypal which allows you to make the payments in a secure way and in the method of your choice that is, by credit card, through a bank account, a buyer’s credit or an account balance. You use your card of online without communicating the number to Cubalavida.
All you have to do is complete the information required by the form and a confirmation of your completed transaction will instantly be sent to you by e-mail as well as to Cubalavida. Paypal is available on 190 markets and in 17 currencies in the entire world and its website is available in English, French, Spanish and Chinese (simplified).
Shipping and returns
The goods are shipped from Montreal (Quebec, Canada) in two business days following the order. All our products are shipped by Canada Post, which offers a good choice of economic and reliable services. The delivery timetables are evaluated by Canada Post and cannot be guaranteed by Cubalavida. They depend on your localization and the selected type of delivery service.
The cost of shipping is calculated depending on the weight and the volume of your order and according to the going rates of Canada Post. Since there is a minimum cost for shipping a parcel, the rates vary slightly when adding products and it can be advantageous to order more than one article as to take more profitable the costs of shipping.
Our sales are final and exchanges are allowed only if the goods are damaged during transport. It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate with Cubalavida immediately on reception of the goods and to return the product within 7 days. The cost of returning damaged good is paid by Cubalavida.
Confidentiality
In addition to the use of adapted technologies, the protection of the confidentiality of the consumer follows rigorous ethical criterias. Cubalavida collects via its website basic information required for the treatment of the orders and the diffusion, if agreed, of news and promotional offers.
Cubalavida does not share information that it owns on its customers with other people, companies or organizations.
