Klimax, one of the most powerful bands within Cuban music founded 13 years ago, is among the wealthiest musical influences conducted by virtuous and acclaimed musician, composer and arranger, Giraldo Piloto. A varied repertoire has been made up for this new album in which Piloto and Klimax continue defending our identity, our roots and our culture, with anthological songs. Exceptional artists were invited: Pablo Milanés, Chucho Valdés and Omara Portuondo, who performs the salsa version of Solo tú y yo, title song of this CD.
